Eligibility:
The candidate should be LLB with minimum experience of 2-3 years.
Desired Profile:
Responsible to provide legal support for resolution of secured and unsecured loans, adhere to legal compliances with respect to acquisition/ repossession / disposal of properties/other assets, liaise & negotiate with outside agencies including statutory authorities, brief advocates, represent the Company in legal suits and finalise agreements/applications/appeals. Should have working knowledge of Securitisation Act 2002, Lokadalat and DRT.
