Qualification : 1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. 2. Should have qualified as Company Secretary on the basis of examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and should have a valid membership of the said Institute (ii) Desirable : Familiarity with use of standard computer applications like word processing, spread sheet, e-mail, etc.
Age : Not more than 50 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of applications. (relaxable as per rules)
