   Qualification : Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by Central/ State Government
   Age : Between 18 and 25 years (Relaxable as per rules)
   Pay : Rs. 9,300-34,800/- ,Grade pay 4,200/-
