UPSC Indian Forest Service Examination 2011

UPSC, Indian Forest Service Examination 2011 commencing from 9th July 2011 . The examination will be held at various centers across the country.

Eligibility:

• Age : 21 - 30 years on 1st July, 2011, i.e. Must have been born not earlier than 2nd July, 1981 and not later than 1st July, 1990.
• Qualification : Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possesses an equivalent qualification
• Physical Standards : Must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to Indian Forest Service Exam 2011 as per regulations given in Appendix-III of the Rules for the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2011 published in the Gazette of India dated 19th March, 2011.

For Online Rs. 25/- only either by remitting the money in any branch of SBI or usning net banking facility of SBI or Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card. For Offline : Rs. 50/- payable in form of single Central Rectt. Fee Stamps only to be fixed on application form. No fee for SC/ST.
