KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Troubleshooting of Technical issues on apple products.
• Customer Service / Front end customer handling
• Apple Macintosh support .
• Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues..

• Knowledge on hardware and supporting software is added advantage
• Excellent language fluency, excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Should be able to handle customer queries and should aim at Customer Delight.
• Should be technically sound.
• Self Driven and goal oriented.

1-3 years of complex trouble shooting
Handling technical issues.
