1. Head of Construction - Senior Management
   Qualification and Experience: B.E (Civil) with 20 years of experience in Management/Planning of large commercial and residential projects.
   
   
2. Project Managers
   Qualification and Experience: B. E. or Diploma in Civil with 10 years of experience in construction of buildings with hands on Project Management.
   
   
3. Quality Control Manger- Middle Management
   Qualification: B. E. or Diploma in Civil with 10-13 years of experience in real estate with at least 5 years of experience in quality aspects of building Projects.
   
   
4. Facility Manager - Middle Management
   Qualification and Experience: B.E. or Diploma in Civil with 5 years of experience in facilities management in reputed companies.
   
   
5. Architect - Junior Management
   Qualification and Experience: B. Arch with an experience of 3-5 years in design/planning of residential & commercial buildings.
   
   
6. Service Manager - Senior / Middle Management
   Qualification and Experience: B. E. (Mech.) with 10+ years of experience in Management Planning or residential projects.
   
   
7. Deputy Manager/Manager (Service) - Junior Management
   Qualification and Experience: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution with minimum 5 years of experience.
   
   
8. Other Postions:
   a) Quality Surveyor- Civil/Services
   b) Project Engineer - Civil/Services (Mechanical/Electrical)
   c) Site Billing Engineer
   Qualification and Experience: Should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the respective field of work a large Real Estate Company.
