Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC)-Mumbai Sector invites applications (online) for recruitment of young and energetic men as Assistant Technicians (A-II Level) from candidates with valid registration of eligible Diploma qualification in any of the Employment Exchanges located within the State of Maharashtra.

1. Assistant Technician (Production), No of Posts : 54 (GEN-31, OBC-14, SC-5, ST-4), Qualification :3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Petroleum Engineering
2. Assistant Technician (Electrical), No of Posts : 18 (GEN-12, OBC-4, SC-1, ST-1), Qualification : 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering . Should have Certificate of Competency as Electrical Supervisor
3. Assistant Technician (Instrumentation), No of Posts : 29 (GEN-18, OBC-7, SC-2, ST-2), Qualification :3 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
4. Assistant Technician (Mechanical), No of Posts : 31 (GEN-18, OBC-8, SC-3, ST-2), Qualification :3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
5. Assistant Technician (Electronics), No of Posts : 04 (GEN-3, OBC-1), Qualification :3 years Diploma in Electronics/ Telecom/ E&T Engineering

Age :
30 years for General candidates, 33 years for OBC and 35 years for SC/ST candidates as on 31.12.2009.

Pay Scale :
Rs. 5100/- open ended with applicable rate of increment per year ( Pay scales are due for revision w.e.f. 01/01/2007)
