Post: Company Secretary (SMG Scale V/ Contractual Appointment)
Pay Scale : Rs. 36,200-1000/2-1100/2 for regular basis
Pay: for Contractual Appointment Fixed Compensation- Rs. 8 Lakhs p.a. & Variable Compensation- Rs.3 Lakhs p.a.
Max. Age : Not exceeding 45 years
Qualification :First class graduate with ACS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India
