IBM Daksh is currently looking for the following positions:

Location: Gurgaon

Customer Care Executive-Voice
Graduate with BPO & Non-BPO experience. Freshers can also apply.
Semi-Technical Support-Voice
Graduate with 0-12 months of experience in Semi-Tech Process can apply.
Sr. Technical Support Executive-Voice
For its Tech COE, Graduate in any discipline, upto 35 years of age. Individual should be good at troubleshooting. Engineers from Civil, Mechanical stream can apply. Candidates with at least one year of BPO experience would be preferred.

Location: Chandigarh

Technical Support Executive-Voice
Graduate in any discipline, should have good technical knowledge in Desktop/ Laptop/ Troubleshooting and Networking concepts. Candidates with BPO experience in a Technical Process or with relevant troubleshooting experience would be preferred.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in computers with a strong customer service orientation. You should be prepared to work in rotational shifts. Interested candidates should walk-in with their resume (mentioning the position 'applied for' on top of the resume), a recent passport size photograph along with the original educational/ professional certificates and a valid photo ID proof.
