Good Communication skills
Should have exposure working directly with client (especially US based clients)
Basic OOPs concept
ASP.NET 2.0, 3.0 and knowledge in 3.5 new features,
Very good in C #
Knowledge in reporting service
SQL server 2005 , mainly SP and basic database concepts
Good to have
Classic ASP
MVC/ MVP Framework
