    Pay : Rs. 8500 + Rs. 1500 (Staying Allowance) at CHCs and Rs. 7500 + Rs. 1000 (Staying Allowance) at PHCs
  2. ANM : [437 posts]
    Age : 18-45 years
    Pay : Rs. 6900

DD of Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- for reserved categories) in favor of "State Health Society, Punjab" payable at Chandigarh.
