Job Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Job Description:
- It’s an outbound collections process but not in to sales.
- Should be calling the customers who have taken loan from the client and is over due to pay.
- Ensure the customer repays the loan amount in a given time.
- Involves basic target.
- Must be a 10+2+3 graduate.
- Experience either in customer care, calling or tele calling of 6mths to 2yrs.
- Experience in Domestic BPO’s would be preferred.
