Job Description:

1. Aptitude to quickly learn new technology and processes
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
3. Effective problem-solving skills.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to adhere to established processes
7. Ability to work independently, taking direction and requiring little supervision. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
8. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and managers.

Desired Skills:

• Graduation is must.
• Need to have six months of exp in international BPO (voice process).
• Knowledge in MS Office.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts.
• Should be a good team player.
