Job Description :
• Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with PM around scope and solution
• Support instructional design needs across all Deloitte U.S. Firms
• Using common tools and templates, design and develop learning deliverables in line with project scope
• Provide regular updates to project manager
• Escalate any issues affecting timeliness or scope of instructional design/development project
• Develop training materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids and self-study materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts
• Create storyboards and design specifications to be used as blueprint instructions for content development

Desired Skills :
1. Should have necessarily worked on eLearning projects in an eLearning firm
2. Conducted needs analysis
3. Create, manage, execute and close elearning projects
4. Work closely with clients and stakeholders – client calls, meetings, discussing project plans
5. Led a team of IDs and GDs and managed resources and utilization
6. Expertise in creating storyboards and working hands on with projects as needed
7. Excellent knowledge in ID concepts and GD process in executing storyboards and moving it to development
