The last date of issue of application form by the undersigned and submission of application form duly filled up to the Commission’s office is fixed on 19/11/2011.

Apply@: Application forms can be obtained from Deputy Secretary, Assam Public Service Commission, Jawahar Nagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 on requisition stating clearly the name of post and Department accompanied by a self-addressed unstamped envelope of 23x10 cms and will be supplied upto 4.00 PM during the office hours except Sunday and holidays.
